Subscription fees for access to our ERP software are generally non-refundable once paid. However, in the event of a duplicate payment or a technical error that results in incorrect billing, users may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. All refund requests must be submitted through the institution's administration with appropriate documentation. Cancellations of user access must also be routed through the institution and are subject to its internal policies
